We are using Liferay DXP 7.4 U46 Docker image and have taken a look
at https://learn.liferay.com/dxp/latest/en/system-administration/file-storage/other-file-store-types/amazon-s3-store.html
to configure S3 file storage.
We have noticed that there is no need to download the Xerces
SAXParser and install it as described in step #1.
Apparently, the mentioned SAXParser is contained in the Java Runtime,
so maybe step #1 might be rephased to let people know that such a
modification is not always required. This could simplify the process a
bit, in my opinion.
